Sola Church exists to glorify God by making much of Jesus Christ and advancing the gospel from our neighborhoods to the nations. We are a community of believers anchored in Scripture, growing together in grace, and learning to follow Jesus in every area of life.
Our mission is to equip and build up followers of Christ so they may know Him more deeply, live in faithful obedience to His Word, and be sent into the world to make disciples.

To magnify Christ by trusting in what he has done for us and growing in our affections for him, leading us to obey him as our Lord by going into all the world to make disciples, and joyfully seeking the good of our community in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Values
Are born out of a desire to focus most clearly on who God has called us to be and what he has called us to do. We want to keep what is central to God central to our own hearts as individuals and as a church. In light of this truth, and in light of what the Bible teaches, we desire the following values to shape all of our ministries as a church.
Sola church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of “The Baptist Faith and Message." We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to living for His glory and sharing the Good News of salvation to lost mankind.
This is the starting point for any potential member. Our doctrinal statement for members is purposely broad. We want to make essential for membership those things that are of primary importance to being a Christian, and secondly setting us apart as a Baptist congregation. Everything we do is shaped by the good news of what Jesus has accomplished for us. The gospel brings us from death to life, gives us a new identity in Christ, and empowers us through the Holy Spirit to live with faith, hope, love, and joy. Because we believe the Bible is the trustworthy and authoritative Word of God, Scripture remains central to our worship, teaching, discipleship, and life together.
Life Together
We believe Christians are called to more than simply attend church. God brings His people into a family where we worship, serve, grow, and care for one another. Through prayer, faithful leadership, covenant membership, and intentional discipleship, we encourage one another toward maturity in Christ. Together, we seek to become people whose lives increasingly reflect the character, compassion, and truth of Jesus.
From Our Neighborhoods to the Nations
God has placed Sola Church in South Kennewick for a purpose. We want to courageously share the hope of the gospel, practically serve our community, and support the work of making disciples throughout the world. Jesus is worthy of worship among every tribe, language, people, and nation, and we joyfully dedicate our lives, gifts, and resources to joining Him in that mission.
We currently meet Sundays at 10am at the Highlands Grange Building.
